Was assigned Metro Air through my home warranty company. Was pleasantly surprised that they were able to come out so quickly and they replaced a thermostat. My Home warranty AHS set this call up and I believe the techs name was Troy. The good thing is that Troy new my Unit and has worked on the system before. found out what the issue was and within a couple days my Damper was fixed. The air is running great now. I just need to get my summer check done now that I have someone living upstairs now. Good job. very frank and to the point. reminded me of my military days. Thanks

Fortunately my AC issue was straight forward, just needing to replace the capacitor and adding some refrigerant. Jeff and his colleague arrived within the time frame that Metro Air had set up. He was easy to talk to and happy to answer all my questions. He was polite, and courteous, and was quick to diagnose and fix the issue. The AC is now running again, and much cooler than it was the last couple months. Thank you!
